Beat 01: The Irony
It’s funny Zach, because I was actually going to purchase your software if you let me finish my sentence “I don’t pay for software, ever…” because I was gonna say “I am considering paying for yours if it actually works.”
I was optimistic. Then, instead of a Zoom link, you made me download WhatsApp—out of your own convenience.
Beat 02: The Slur
Then you went on a rant about your money and how I “can’t survive in the real world.” Then you broke the gates—you used Autistic as a derogatory term to justify why I wouldn’t buy your software (that you didn’t even build, but that’s a different conversation).
Beat 03: The Superpower
Autism is a Superpower.
Autonomy is amplified. They control their reactions and emotions more than the average person. They don’t have to talk until they choose to. They are secure with who they are.
